Covering her tiny feet and legs are a pair of black argyle above the knee socks and on her feet she is sporting motorcycle inspired boots. And to complete the whole outfit is her favorite fierce black jacket and cat-ear hoodie. How can you deny how wonderful Chelsea’s HellCatPunks style truly is? There’s no way you can!
